Garaje was a collaboration between Bartender Clayton Baines & Chef Zach Garza. Combining elements of the South & West sides of San Antonio, Garaje reimagined your childhood raspa nostalgia into unique and delicious frozen cocktails to enjoy all year round. Garaje Cantina is now CLOSED.

Banana Brûlée

The complexity and richness of caramelized bananas are paired with Bourbon- style wine and finished with the smoky, floral notes of vanilla.

Cranberry Collins

A refreshing concoction of gin-style wine, tangy fresh lemon juice, and a touch of tart yet sweet, house-made cranberry syrup. Topped with Topo Chico.

Frozen Paloma

A vibrant blend of tequila-style agave wine and zesty lime and grapefruit juices. Lightly sweetened by our house-made simple syrup.
